ABOUT THE FIRM

Wright Companies is a multifaceted group that specializes in the design, construction and management of buildings with a high emphasis on energy efficiency and resiliency.

Wright Companies was officially born in 1986 when Andrew Wright founded Wright Architects, PLLC, & Wright Builders, Inc.; then in 2018, Sonia Wright founded Wright Management Group, LLC with the objective to stabilize a portfolio of real estate assets.

Wright Companies is the result of 30+ years of experience in the design, construction and management of real estate. Having worked with hundreds of clients on high end residential and commercial projects, the principals decided to consolidate their knowledge and expertise to focus on sustainable development.

Wright Companies’ strategy revolves around these three pillars:

  1. Help our clients achieve their resiliency goals by improving their private real estate assets while creating beautiful spaces.

  2. Create real estate assets that are carbon neutral ready, carbon neutral or net zero.

  3. Develop assets that fit within communities and respect their environments while achieving financial returns (Returns vary based on investor’s goals and risks profile.)

OUR SOCIAL IMPACT

TUMU.logo.FINAL.greyoutline.png

The Upward Mobility United (TUMU, INC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Sonia and Andrew Wright with the objective to support upward mobility. TUMU provides subsidies in the form of grants, scholarships and transitional loans to talented and hard-working individuals who do not qualify for government assistance but need help to improve their economic status.

Being upwardly mobile ourselves, we believe that we are now in the position to help others in their upward mobility journey. That is why every year, Wright Companies sponsors TUMU by contributing one percent of total revenue to the nonprofit to support its programs.

We would be honored and grateful if you joined us in supporting these initiatives. If you would like to become a sponsor for a scholarship or grant, please CONNECT WITH US.
