We have worked with hundreds of clients in New York City retrofitting, electrifying and fully renovating condos, co-ops and brownstones. Our designs are spread throughout the Tri-state area and focus on custom and carbon neutral model homes as well as real estate resiliency planning. Our own development projects allow us to understand the specific needs of contractors and developers.

THE NEW HAMLET
Esopus, NY
The New Hamlet Project is an enhancement to the Town of Esopus. This development is composed of 12 townhouse style apartment units, a mixed-use building with commercial storefront space and a 2-lane lap pool. The project has onsite stormwater management and rain gardens to mitigate negative impacts on the environment. All structures are carbon neutral ready with infrastructure to accept solar PV and battery backup.
MILLENNIA HOUSE
Port Ewen, NY
As part of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority’s (NYSERDA) Building Better Homes program, Wright Builders, Inc. is developing three single family all electric carbon neutral model homes. We are consolidating WCo.’s extensive experience on sustainable design and construction into a scalable solution that provides a healthy indoor environment for its residents.
MOUNT REPOSE GARDENS
Kingston, NY
This residential development will be located in the historic city of Kingston. The program has been modeled after the new zoning code which is to be considered for adoption by the City of Kingston's Common Council in Spring 2023. We look forward to bringing a combination of market rate and workforce housing units to this vacant property and providing comfortable and healthy indoor spaces for future tenants.
MOUNTAINVIEW CROSSINGS
Esopus, NY
We are excited to be partnering with KThunder FC, a local nonprofit to turn this vacant property into a mixed-use commercial facility. The program includes a building for a recreational / daycare purposes, a 240ft x 360ft soccer field, indoor soccer facilities and light manufacturing warehousing. Our objective is to integrate sustainable strategies and renewable energies along with battery backup to operate this development.
